Cape Cod is not only home to beautiful beaches and picturesque historical sites, but it is also home to a vibrant, thriving artist community. This Orleans Artist Collection is named after the town of Orleans, MA which is just one of the 46 Massachusetts communities (out of 351 towns and cities in the Commonwealth) that is officially designated as a cultural district by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. The multitude of arts and cultural opportunities available in Orleans and other surrounding towns on Cape makes it a uniquely special place to live and visit.
The Orleans Artist Collection Bags are hand painted by my brother in-law and artist, Dan Soper (West Virginia) with designs that are distinctively “Cape Cod”. Dan has been painting for 38 years and enjoys fishing art and landscapes. His favorite mediums include watercolor and oils. Each bag is individually hand sewn and hand painted. These extra roomy bags have been upgraded using sturdy duck canvas (outside fabric), durable waterproof Ottertex canvas (inside lining fabric), metal YKK zipper, and a beautiful leather handle. The hand painted designs are created with acrylic paint and clear coated to keep the designs looking great for years to come. These bags are great for both men and women as the designs are simple and versatile. Since the interior of the bag is waterproof, it can hold fishing gear, make-up and toiletries, work essentials, and anything else you can imagine.

- Handmade and hand painted design
- Outside fabric is duck canvas that has been pre-washed

- Care: Spot clean with cold water and air dry. Outside duck canvas can be lightly ironed to remove wrinkles. Do not iron inside lining.
