Can I order a customized bag?
Yes we do! Since each bag is handmade, fabric designs are limited. However, if a bag is out of stock or you are interested in a different fabric combination, please contact us. We will do our best to customize an order for you.
How do I take care of my new bag?
To properly care for your bag, take into account the type of materials used. Refer to the care tag attached to your bag for detailed instructions. Typically, bags made of cotton or canvas have already undergone pre-washing before they were created. You can either machine wash them on the gentle cycle or spot clean them. For best results, air-drying is recommended. If there are wrinkles on cotton or canvas materials, you can use a light iron to press them out. However, waterproof linings and vinyl leather materials should not be ironed as it will cause damage.
When will I receive my bag?
Regardless of the chosen shipping method, all orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order date. The shipping times may vary depending on the destination of the order. Additionally, if you reside in or are visiting the Cape, we offer a convenient local pickup option that eliminates the need for shipping and saves you money.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, rest assured that you can return your bag within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Please use the "contact us" form to submit a request to return and refund your purchase.
