Shipping policy

We offer local pickup if you live (or are visiting) the Cape, which will save you the cost of shipping. If you are not local we are happy to ship your order. 

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after the order date regardless of the shipping method. Based on the order’s destination, shipping times can vary. Delivery will occur Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you would like guaranteed overnight delivery, please email us with your order number at contact@scapebags.com to confirm availability of the item being shipped. Currently we only ship to the contiguous US States.

Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, we will process your order on the next business day (excluding federal holidays).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at contact@scapebags.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
